eSend is an online email marketing platform.
It can link with the Cymark local business database or stand alone and it allows users to send full graphic HTML emails out to lists of customers at the touch of a button.
Now, from 2024 Cymark is offering a full Pro-Services package.
You don’t need the local business database to use eSend. It operates completely independently and can store lists of 1,000’s of email addresses that can all be sent email campaigns very quickly

Send out your own email marketing campaigns for just £20 a month. Included within that are 12,000 emails completely fee.
Do you really want to store all of your email marketing lists abroad? Storing your own email lists safely is becoming harder and harder and frighteningly unreliable.
The Cymark approach is slightly different. You’re not charged for the number of records you keep in the system, you’re charged on how many emails you actually send out each month.

- A user license is just £20 (ex vat) per month and includes 12,000 emails free.
Above that, the costs are a little bit like roaming on your mobile. You have a base plan, that includes the12,000 emails each month, but if, during a busy month, you send slightly more, then the system jumps you up to the next payment band. But just for that month.
(The 20,000 monthly email band is only £30 per month).
If you want to send out more than the standard business level rate of 12,000 per month eSend will test the validity of your data list, the first time you load it, to make sure you don’t get any nasty surprises.
‘Buying a cheap data list’ might look attractive, but poor responses affects your rating and will actually stop legitimate emails you send from being passed on the the intended end-user.
A recent client tried to send a campaign to 67,000 un-tested email addresses. 84% were ficticious / wrong addresses. It shut his account down for 3 weeks before the email sending servers, that pass your emails backwards and forwards, cleared the client as not being a spam sender.

From just £20 a month, the eSend team can design and send your campaigns every two weeks.
Pro-Services Includes an initial design of the email, headers, company logo, all the links to your website landing pages and the team can pick up your list of offers and send out the campaign when you need it to be sent. Every week, two weeks or every month.
The team will update the images and text to match the latest offer, send out the campaign, flag any bounced email addresses or unsubscribe requests and send you a PDF file copy of the campaign that has been sent.
