Two ways to sell more cars. Either get more showroom appointments and increase the number of opportunities. Or improve the conversion rate of those that do enquire.

If there is a limited number of customers available, then you need to increase your conversion rate. You could cast your net wider and wider, getting more enquiries from the four corners of the country, but you then lose out on servicing business. Maximise your own DAR.

Your marketing department will have lots of statistics surrounding your advertising and web traffic. But do you really know what happened to the potential customers that did come to you, actually made an enquiry, but didn’t buy? Shouldn’t you have the same level of details and analysis from those customers as well? Don’t get half a picture.
